Why The World Needed An Elon Musk
Posted by Rod Jones on

Why The World Needed An Elon Musk: Musk, A hero that will always foil the villains. How does he manage to do that? It's quite simple, he knows the difference between right and wrong. He doesn't overtly try and change other people's moral compass. Elon Musk's detractors, who are they? There seems to be a bunch of them. But here's my take on it, summed up in one simple word; jealousy! History has clearly shown that people who reach high, face challenges head-on, and achieve great success in life, invariably have people snipe at them....

See No Evil, Hear No Evil, For Sure, Speak No Evil

See No Evil, Hear No Evil, For Sure, Speak No Evil: What's going on here? HUH? Where are your thoughts going today, based on what happened to you personally in all of your yesterdays? Meaning no disrespect to the Japanese pictorial maxim, the three wise monkeys that go by the names Mizaur, the see no evil monkey. Kikazaru, who hears no evil. And Iwazaru, who keeps his mouth shut and speaks no evil. I made the leap into a slightly more contemporary version. Thinking more about a good mind is a healthy mind. Why I Will Never use ChatGPT or Dall-E to Write or Paint: I was; and I still am, smitten by any technology that improves humankind's lot in this world. All things AI, by no means, is the final frontier. But artificial intelligence is remarkably close to imitating all human behaviors; a scary thought, yes? Will writing original prose or spending a slew of hours painting a masterful work of art go by the wayside? It most likely will depend upon that often aggravating little thing we call time or the lack of it. The more I think about all...

What benefits does pessimism hold for a creative person?
Posted by Rod Jones on

What benefits does pessimism hold for a creative person? : We all from time to time have inclination to emphasize what we perceive to be the worst possible outcome. The most often recommended solution is to think positive, which generally lasts mere minutes and does not solve the pessimism for very long. When it comes to the creative process, pessimism is often looked upon as the proverbial double edged sword. Like good and evil, creativity is not so masterfully controlled by our thoughts. . Guess what? Negative thinking and thoughts can almost be entertaining. After all, our imaginations can literally create...
