Episode 43: Josefin Lundahl Art Historian, Art Educator, Art Curation

Our special guest Josefin Lundahl is a Swedish native and an art historian with over a decade of work in art education, curating, advising, and consulting in the US and Europe.

Josefin shares with us what it was like growing up with a father who was a highly respected art dealer. She talks about her work in the educational sector and how she independently ran a gallery project with the mission of creating a space for emerging artists to exhibit. She discusses the psychology behind creativity and how it affects the artist.

We also discuss with her the secondary market in art sales and its impact on artists.

Even if you are not interested in the workings of the art world, you will still feel creatively inspired by her insightful knowledge and her genuine approach to her life and career.
